Security Deposit Deficit. Prior to the expiration of the Due Diligence Period, Seller shall provide Buyer with a list (the “Security Deposit Deficit List”) of all tenants under the Leases who have a security deposit in an amount that is less than the amount of their monthly rent (the “Security Deposit Deficit”). The Security Deposit Deficit List shall include the names of those tenants with a Security Deposit Deficit and the amount of their respective Security Deposit Deficit. At Closing, Buyer shall receive a credit in the sum of the Security Deposit Deficits of all tenants listed on the Security Deposit Deficit List.
