Common use of Security Deposits/Tenant Inducements Clause in Contracts

Security Deposits/Tenant Inducements. With respect to the Property to be acquired at Closing, the Company shall pay to BNP in cash at Closing an amount equal to the sum of (i) the security and other deposits, if any, which the Company is holding pursuant to the Leases, and (ii) any other deposits or advances received by the Company relating to services yet to be provided by the Company, including, without limitation, any prepaid laundry contract fees, redecoration costs and pet fees.
