Security Devices. Either party may record any of their telephonic communications. Customer shall comply with any security procedures reasonably required by Bank from time to time with respect to verification of Instructions. Customer shall be responsible for safeguarding any test keys, identification codes or other security devices that Bank shall make available to Customer or any Authorized Person.
Security Devices. LANDLORD is NOT obligated to furnish security personnel, security lighting, security gates or fences, or other forms of security and LANDLORD can discontinue any such items at any time without notice.
Security Devices. Landlord may change the locks and other security devices providing admittance to the Premises as permitted by law.
Security Devices. The requirements of the Texas Property Code relating to security devices do not apply to a residential lease for a term of 90 days or less.
Security Devices. Subject to certain exceptions and limitations, Owner will provide: 1) a window latch on each exterior window of the Leased Premises; 2) a doorknob lock or keyed dead bolt on each exterior door; 3) a sliding door pin lock on each exterior sliding glass door of the Leased Premises; 4) a sliding door handle latch or a sliding door security bar on each exterior sliding door of the Leased Premises; 5) a keyless bolting device and a door viewer on each exterior door of the Leased Premises; and 6) any other requirements provided for by applicable law. At Owner's expense, Owner will rekey a security device operated by a key, card, or combination no later than the seventh (7) day after each Residents' turnover date. At Residents' request and expense, Owner will perform additional rekeying or change a security device. If Residents vacate the Leased Premises in breach of this Agreement, Owner may deduct the reasonable cost incurred by Owner to rekey a security device from Residents' security deposit.
Security Devices. If Tenant requires telephonic, burglar alarm or similar services, it shall first obtain and comply with Landlord’s instructions for their installation.
Security Devices. Tenant agrees to immediately notify the Landlord, in writing, if any security device required under the City of Xxx Arbor Security Ordinance should fail to operate properly or otherwise fall into disrepair. Upon request, a copy of this Ordinance is available from the Landlord. Tenant understands that none of these devices will provide security without proper use on the part of the Tenant and Tenant agrees to use all security and privacy devices in the manner for which they were intended. Tenant recognizes that Landlord does not guarantee or assure Tenant’s personal safety and security. Landlord may charge a reasonable fee for replacing lost keys or changing locks if Tenant has jeopardized key security, in Landlord’s sole opinion. All cost of repairs for damage to screens, windows, doors and devices such as locks affixed to them shall be paid for by the Tenant.
Security Devices. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of all Security Devices and Royal Bank’s Confidential Information which may be used in connection with the Services. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that Security Devices will only be provided to and used by Persons properly authorized on its behalf for such purpose in connection with the Services. The Customer will be bound by any use, including any actions or omissions resulting from the use, of any Security Device in connection with the Services, including any Document accessed, sent, received, accepted, or processed using an Electronic Channel. The Customer recognizes that possession of a Security Device by a Person may result in the Person having access to, and being able to use, the Services and Confidential Information. The use of a Security Device in connection with any Service or Document is deemed to be conclusive proof that such use and Document is authorized by, and enforceable against, the Customer.
Security Devices. Licensee may provide any legal devices, installations, or equipment designed for the purpose of protecting the Licensed Premises from theft, burglary or vandalism, provided written approval for installation is first obtained from Licensor. All purchases and installations thereof shall be at Licensee’s expense.
