Safety Devices. All Products provided under the Contract shall be equipped with required safety devices to comply with all applicable codes, laws, and regulations that are in effect at the time of delivery.
Safety Devices. The College will reimburse an employee for the cost of certain types of protective devices, as follows:
Safety Devices. The State shall furnish all safety devices, wearing apparel and other equipment deemed necessary by the State for the protection and safety of Unit 12 employees such as goggles, gloves, eye glasses, face xxxxxxx, respirators and machine guards. Employees issued State-provided safety devices shall be held responsible for loss of and/or damage to the safety device other than that incurred as the result of normal wear or through no fault of the employee. When a safety device is provided the employee shall wear the protective device in accordance with the instruction provided by the department.

Such products shall comply with all applicable codes, laws and regulations of the State of New York and of local authorities having jurisdiction in effect at the time of delivery.
Safety Devices. Exhibitor agrees to accept full responsibility for compliance with federal, provincial, and municipal regulations in the provision and maintenance of adequate safety devices and conditions for the operation of machinery and equipment.
Safety Devices. The board agrees to provide at its own cost, where necessary, hard hats, safety goggles, masks and protective gloves, and such other safety devices as determined necessary by law.
Safety Devices. Exhibitor agrees to accept full responsibility for compliance with national, state, and city regulations in the provision and maintenance of adequate safety devices and conditions for the operation of machinery and equipment.
Safety Devices. Exhibitor is responsible for compliance with applicable regulations in the provision and maintenance of safety devices and conditions for the operation of equipment.
Safety Devices a) The Company shall provide, free of charge, all safety devices which an employee is required to used under the terms of:
i) Company orders, rules or regulations, and
ii) The provisions of the Workers’ Compensation Act and regulations and orders pertaining thereto.
b) Items referred to in this Section shall be furnished on a loan basis, and the employee will be required to sign for same and return them to the Company in good condition (fair wear and tear excepted) as and when the Company so requires.
