Security Disclaimer. Tenant acknowledges that: (1) crime can occur in any neighborhood including the neighborhood in which the Premises and Property is located; and (2) while Landlord may from time to time do things to make the Premises and Property reasonably safe, Landlord is not a provider or guarantor of security in or around the Premises and / or the Property. Tenant acknowledges that prior to occupying Property, Tenant carefully inspected all windows and doors (including the locks for the same) and all exterior lighting and found these items: (a) to be in good working order and repair; and (b) reasonably safe for Tenant and Xxxxxx’s household and their invitees, licensees and guests knowing the risk of crime. If during the term of the Lease any of the above items become broken or fall into disrepair, Tenant shall give notice to Landlord of the same immediately.
