Security Documentation Review Clause Samples
The Security Documentation Review clause establishes the right for one party to access and evaluate the security policies, procedures, and related documentation of the other party. In practice, this means that a client or partner may request to review documents such as data protection protocols, incident response plans, or audit reports to ensure compliance with agreed security standards. This clause serves to provide transparency, build trust, and verify that adequate security measures are in place, thereby mitigating risks associated with data breaches or non-compliance.
