Common use of Security for and Parity of Notes Clause in Contracts

Security for and Parity of Notes. All Notes issued and outstanding hereunder shall rank on a parity with each other and shall as to each other be secured equally and ratably by this Indenture, without preference, priority or distinction of any thereof over any other by reason of difference in time of issuance or otherwise.
