Common use of Security for Performance of Tenant’s Obligations Clause in Contracts

Security for Performance of Tenant’s Obligations. Notwithstanding any security deposit held by Landlord pursuant to Section 5, Tenant hereby agrees that in the event of a default by Tenant, Landlord shall be entitled to seek and obtain a writ of attachment and/or a temporary protective order and Tenant hereby waives any rights or defenses to contest such a writ of attachment and/or temporary protective order on the basis of California Code of Civil Procedure Section 483.010 or any other related statute or rule.
