Common use of SECURITY FOR PERFORMANCE OF TENANT'S OBLIGATIONS Clause in Contracts

SECURITY FOR PERFORMANCE OF TENANT'S OBLIGATIONS. Notwithstanding any security deposit held by Landlord pursuant to Section 5 and any security interest held by Landlord pursuant to Section 58, Tenant hereby agrees that in the event of a default by Tenant, Landlord shall be entitled to seek and obtain a writ of attachment and/or a temporary protective order.

Notwithstanding any security deposit held by Landlord pursuant to Section 5 and any security interest held by Landlord pursuant to Section 5857, Tenant hereby agrees that in the event of a default by Tenant, Landlord shall be entitled to seek and obtain a writ of attachment and/or a temporary protective order.
