Common use of Security for Performance of Tenant’s Obligations Clause in Contracts

Security for Performance of Tenant’s Obligations. Notwithstanding any security deposit held by Landlord pursuant to Section 5 and any security interest held by Landlord pursuant to Section 58, Tenant hereby agrees that in the event of a default by Tenant, Landlord shall be entitled to seek and obtain a writ of attachment and/or a temporary protective order.

Security for Performance of Tenant’s Obligations. Notwithstanding any security deposit held by Landlord pursuant to Section 5 and any security interest held by Landlord pursuant to Section 5857, Tenant hereby agrees that in the event of a default by Tenant, Landlord shall be entitled to seek and obtain a writ of attachment and/or a temporary protective order.
