Common use of Security for the Notes; Subsidiary Guaranties Clause in Contracts

Security for the Notes; Subsidiary Guaranties. (a) The payment by the Company of all amounts due with respect to the Notes and the performance by the Company of its obligations under this Agreement will be absolutely and unconditionally guaranteed by each Domestic Subsidiary of the Company pursuant to the Subsidiary Guaranty, to the extent such Guaranty is required pursuant to Section 9.8 hereof.
