Common use of Security held by the Chargor Clause in Contracts

Security held by the Chargor. The Chargor may not, without the prior consent of the Collateral Agent, hold any security from any other Chargor in respect of the Chargor’s liability under this Debenture. The Chargor shall hold any security held by it in breach of this provision on trust for the Collateral Agent.
