Common use of Security Interest and Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Security Interest and Guarantee. The Holder has been granted a security interest in certain assets of the Companies as more fully described in the Security Agreement.

Security Interest and Guarantee. The Holder has been granted a security interest in certain assets of the Companies Borrower and its Subsidiaries as more fully described in the Security Agreement.

Security Interest and Guarantee. The Holder has been granted a security interest (i) in certain assets of the Companies Company and its Subsidiaries as more fully described in the 2004 Master Security Agreement and the 2006 Security Agreement and (ii) in the equity interests of the Companies' Subsidiaries pursuant to the 2006 Stock Pledge Agreement. The obligations of the Company under this Note are guaranteed by certain Subsidiaries of the Company pursuant to the 2006 Subsidiary Guarantee.

The obligations of the Company under this Note are guaranteed by certain Subsidiaries of the Company pursuant to certain Foreign Documentation.
