The Holder has been granted a security interest (i) in certain assets of the Company as more fully described in the Master Security Agreement which security interest has been reaffirmed and ratified pursuant to the Reaffirmation Agreement, (ii) in certain assets of Neodesha and Coal Creek as more fully described in the Master Security Agreement and (iii) in certain gas properties of the Company pursuant to various mortgages, deed of trust, security agreements, financing statements and assignments of production.
