Security Interest in Equipment. The Equipment securing the Contracts is located in the states listed on Schedule 1 to the Transfer and Servicing Agreement. The Originator has a perfected security interest in the Equipment and, upon the sale, transfer and assignment of the Contract Assets hereunder, the Trust Depositor will have a perfected security interest in the Equipment.
