Common use of Security Interest in Property for Obligations To Trustee Clause in Contracts

Security Interest in Property for Obligations To Trustee. As security for the due and punctual performance of any and all obligations owed to the Trustee under this Agreement, now or hereafter arising, the Sponsor, each Participant, the Depository, and each Beneficial Owner hereby pledges, assigns and grants to the Trustee a continuing security interest in, and a lien on, the assets of the Trust and all distributions thereon or additions thereto. The security interest of the Trustee shall at all times be valid, perfected and enforceable by the Trustee against the Sponsor, the Depository, each DTC Participant who is an owner of streetTRACKS(R) Gold Shares on the records of the Depository, and each Beneficial Owner and all third parties in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
