Security Interest to Financial Institution. Nothing in the provisions contained in this Article XIV or elsewhere in this Agreement shall be deemed to restrict or limit Member(s) from granting a lien, security interest or similar encumbrance in all or any part of its Units, or from any Transfer of the ownership interests of a Member.
