Common use of Security Interests in Deposits and Right Clause in Contracts

Security Interests in Deposits and Right. of Offset or Banker's Lien. Borrower hereby transfers, assigns and pledges to Bank and/or grants to Bank a security interest (as security for the payment and/or performance of the obligations of Borrower under this Agreement and the Note, with such interest of Bank to be retransferred, reassigned and/or released by Bank at the expense of Borrower upon payment in full and/or complete performance by Borrower of all such obligations) and the right, exercisable at such time as any obligation hereunder shall mature, whether by acceleration of maturity or otherwise of offset or banker's lien against all funds or other property of Borrower now or hereafter or from time to time on deposit with or in the possession of Bank, including, without limitation, all certificates of deposit and other depository accounts.
