Security obligations of the Concessionaire. 20.1.1 The Concessionaire shall provide and maintain perimeter fencing or other suitable protection around the Resort and the Project Infrastructure and shall be responsible for the security arrangements for the Resort in order to maintain safe and orderly conduct of its business and the security thereof. 20.1.2 The Concessionaire shall install and operate a closed circuit television system to monitor the Resort and such other parts of the Resort as may be necessary and expedient for safe operations of the Resort in accordance with Good Industry Practice.
