SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. The Supplier must ensure that: 2.1 any Personal Information is protected against loss, unauthorised access, use, modification, disclosure or other misuse; and 2.2 access to Personal Information is limited to those employees or sub- contractors of the Supplier who need it for the purposes of carrying out their duties for the purpose of this Agreement.
