Security Officer Level 2. A Security Officer Level 2 is an employee who performs work above and beyond the skills of an employee at Level 1, to the level of such employee’s training. Indicative of the tasks an employee may be required to perform at this level include: (a) Undertake securing, watching, guarding and/or protecting duties as directed including: (i) responding to alarm signals; (ii) attending and performing minor non technical servicing of automatic teller machines; (iii) patrolling in a vehicle 2 or more separate client establishments or sites; and (iv) collection and/or delivery of cash. (b) Monitor and respond to electronic intrusion, detection or access control equipment and lock and unlock entries and exits terminating at a visual display unit and/or computerised printout which may require use of keypads or basic keyboard skills. (c) Operate public weighbridges where appropriately licensed to do so. (d) Use of handheld scanners, walk through metal detectors and simple closed circuit television systems (CCTV) utilising basic keyboard skills in connection with an airport. (e) Use and interpret screen images on baggage and x-ray equipment. (f) An employee to be engaged and nominated in writing by the Employer primarily for the purpose of relieving Level 1 positions at short notice and for whom a display roster is not required, and where less than 24 hours notice of shift changes may be given. (g) Perform duties associated with a Level 3 position whilst being trained for promotion to that level. (h) Perform the duties of a Security Officer Level 1. (i) Leave reserved – Understand and enforce Liquor Act Legislation and/or by-laws to undertake crowd control duties at licensed Premises. (j) Operation and monitoring of equipment which treats waste water

Security Officer Level 2. A.2.1 An Employee at this level performs work above and beyond the skills of a Security Officer Level 1 and to the level of their skills, competence and training. A.2.2 A Security Officer Level 2: (a) works from complex instructions and procedures under general supervision, which may not necessarily be at the site where the officer is posted; (b) assists in the provision of on-the-job training; (c) exercises good interpersonal communications skills; (d) co-ordinates work in a team environment or works individually under general supervision of a more senior security officer who may not necessarily be at the site where the officer is posted; (e) is responsible for assuring the quality of their own work; and (f) is required to act as first response to security incidents or matters. A.2.3 Indicative of the tasks that an Employee at this level may perform are the following: (a) duties of securing, watching, guarding, protecting as directed, responding to alarm signals (including attendances) and, when not alone, minor non-technical servicing of ATMs, not including cash replenishment; (b) crowd control functions including at shopping centres, major events, sporting tournaments, nightclubs, sporting venues and other entertainment venues or public areas where events, concerts or similar activities are conducted; (c) patrol 2 or more separate establishments or sites in a vehicle, including where operated by the same business; (d) monitor and respond to electronic intrusion detection or access control equipment terminating at a visual display unit or computerised printout (except for simple closed circuit television systems), not including complex data input into a computer; (e) monitor and act on walk-through electromagnetic detectors, or monitor, interpret and act on screen images using x-ray imaging or observation equipment, including in or in connection with airport security zones; (f) operate a public weigh-bridge; (g) record or report security incidents or matters on a computer based system; (h) control a dog used to assist the security officer to carry out the duties of watching, guarding or protecting persons, premises or property; and (i) conduct xxxxx searches of persons and screening using explosive trace detection, including in or in connection with airport security zones. A.2.4 A Security Officer Level 2 may be required to perform duties of a Security Officer Level l that are not designed to promote deskilling.

(f) Xxxxxx trained security dogs for the purpose of performing duties and possess documentary evidence of satisfactorily completing a recognised Dog Handlers' Course. (g) An employee to be engaged and nominated in writing by the Employer primarily for the purpose of relieving Level 1 positions at short notice and for whom a display roster is not required, and where less than 24 hours notice of shift changes may be given. (h) Perform duties associated with a Level 3 position whilst being trained for promotion to that level. (i) Perform the duties of a Security Officer Level 1. (j) Leave reserved - Understand and enforce Liquor Act Legislation and/or by-laws to undertake crowd control duties at licensed Premises.   • OFFICER AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER CERTIFICATION Pursuant to Section 6(b) and 6(c) of the Agreement, the undersigned Chief Executive Officer and Chief Fiscal Officer of the Recipient, as both are designated in Appendix B of the Agreement, hereby request the Director to disburse financial assistance moneys made available to Project in Appendix C of the Agreement (inclusive of any amendment thereto) to the payee as identified below in the amount so indicated which amount equals the product of the Disbursement Ratio and the dollar value of the attached cost documentation which was properly billed to the Recipient in exclusive connection with the performance of the Project, or, in the case of a final disbursement request, the amount entered at Line V of this Appendix E. The undersigned further certify that:

  • Field Training Officer When a Public Safety Officer has been designated as a Field Training Officer for a new employee he/she will receive a five percent (5%) increase for all the hours they provide direct training/instruction.

  • CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER CERTIFICATION The undersigned Chief Executive Officer and Chief Fiscal Officer of the Recipient, as both are designated in Appendix B of the Agreement, hereby request the Director to disburse financial assistance moneys made available to Project in Appendix C of the Agreement (inclusive of any amendment thereto) to the payee as identified below in the amount so indicated which amount equals the product of the Disbursement Ratio and the dollar value of the attached cost documentation which was properly billed to the Recipient in exclusive connection with the performance of the Project. The undersigned further certify that:

  • Legal and Accounting Services The Company may obtain legal and accounting services to the extent reasonably necessary for the conduct of the Company's business.

  • Data Protection Officer 10.1 The Data Processor will appoint a Data Protection Officer where such appointment is required by Data Protection Laws and Regulations.

  • Chief Financial Officer Certificate The Company shall have furnished to the Representative a certificate, dated such Closing Date, of its Chief Financial Officer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative.

  • Compliance Officer Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Progenity shall appoint a Compliance Officer and shall maintain a Compliance Officer for the term of the CIA. The Compliance Officer shall be an employee and a member of senior management of Progenity, shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer or the President of Progenity, and shall not be, or be subordinate to, the General Counsel or Chief Financial Officer or have any responsibilities that involve acting in any capacity as legal counsel or supervising legal counsel functions for Progenity. The Compliance Officer shall be responsible for, without limitation: a. developing and implementing policies, procedures, and practices designed to ensure compliance with the requirements set forth in this CIA and with Federal health care program requirements; b. making periodic (at least quarterly) reports regarding compliance matters in person to the Board of Directors of Progenity (Board) and shall be authorized to report on such matters to the Board at any time. Written documentation of the Compliance Officer’s reports to the Board shall be made available to OIG upon request; and c. monitoring the day-to-day compliance activities engaged in by Progenity as well as any reporting obligations created under this CIA. Any noncompliance job responsibilities of the Compliance Officer shall be limited and must not interfere with the Compliance Officer’s ability to perform the duties outlined in this CIA. Progenity shall report to OIG, in writing, any changes in the identity of the Compliance Officer, or any actions or changes that would affect the Compliance Officer’s ability to perform the duties necessary to meet the obligations in this CIA, within five business days after such a change.

  • President and Chief Executive Officer The president shall be the chief executive officer of the Trust, unless the Board of Trustees designates the chairman as chief executive officer. The chief executive officer shall see that all orders and resolutions of the Board of Trustees are carried into effect. The chief executive officer shall also be the chief administrative officer of the Trust and shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board of Trustees may from time to time prescribe.

  • Chief Executive Office; Collateral Locations The chief executive office of Borrower and Borrower's Records concerning Accounts are located only at the address set forth below and its only other places of business and the only other locations of Collateral, if any, are the addresses set forth in the Information Certificate, subject to the right of Borrower to establish new locations in accordance with Section 9.2 below. The Information Certificate correctly identifies any of such locations which are not owned by Borrower and sets forth the owners and/or operators thereof and to the best of Borrower's knowledge, the holders of any mortgages on such locations.

  • Chief Financial Officer’s Certificate The Representatives shall have received on the date of this Agreement and as of the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, a certificate of the chief financial officer of the Company in the form attached as Exhibit B hereto.
