Security Procedures and Measures. The security procedures and measures relating to the verification of origin and integrity, include the verification of origin, the verification of integrity, the non-denial of the origin and receipt, and the confidentiality of the messages. These procedures, which shall allow a message issuer’s and receiver’s identification and ensure that a message received is complete and uncorrupted, are mandatory for all messages. These security procedures and measures are defined in the technical annex.
