Common use of Security Records Clause in Contracts

Security Records. Execute and deliver promptly, to the Bank, from time to time, solely for the Bank’s convenience in maintaining a record of the Security, such written statements and schedules as the Bank may reasonably require designating, identifying or describing the Security. The failure by the City, however, to promptly give the Bank such statements or schedules shall not affect, diminish, modify or otherwise limit the Liens on the Security granted pursuant to the Related Documents.
