Security Relating to Major Competitors. AMEX Competitor" is defined as any person, firm or enterprise conducting [***]. In the event that Vendor wishes to share resources it uses to provide the Services to AMEX with services it provides to an AMEX Competitor, Vendor shall obtain AMEX's prior written consent. AMEX may require reasonable modifications to the safety and security procedures, including physical separation of AMEX's remittance processing operations from those of the AMEX Competitor. Vendor shall bear any costs associated with modifications to the safety and security procedures due to such sharing.
