Common use of Security Release Certification Clause in Contracts

Security Release Certification. If any of the Loans has at any time been subject to any security interest, pledge or hypothecation for the benefit of any Person, the Seller shall deliver to the Department a Security Release Certification, in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto executed by such Person.
