Security Requirements - Classified Contracts. (July 2002) (a) This clause applies to the extent that this contract involves access to information that is classified as "Confidential," "Secret," or "Top Secret." (b) The Contractor must comply with the requirements in (1) the Contract Security Classification Specification (DD Form 254) included in the current edition of the National Industrial Security Operating Manual (DOD 5220.22-M) for the protection of classified information at its cleared facility, if applicable, as directed by the Defense Security Service. If the Contactor has access to classified information at an FAA owned or FAA leased facility, it must comply with the security requirements of the FAA. (c) If, subsequent to the date of this Contract, the security classification or security requirements under this Contract are changed by the Government and if the changes cause an increase or decrease in security costs or otherwise affect any other term or condition of this Contract, the Contract must be subject to an equitable adjustment.
