Security/Safety. In coordination with the Facility Coordinator, the Red Cross Manager, as he or she deems necessary and appropriate, will coordinate with law enforcement regarding any security and safety issues at the Facility.
Security/Safety. 18.1 Each Party shall ensure that its employees comply with, and cause its employees to execute any necessary document to comply with, the personnel, security and safety practices of the other Party while such employees are on such other Party’s premises.
18.2 Each Party shall be solely responsible for, and indemnify and hold harmless the other Party from, any liability, loss and expense, including those based on claims from a third party, arising out of bodily injury and property damages caused by the acts of its own employees.

Security/Safety. All doors are secured with electronic locks. Tenants shall use card keys for all entry into the buildings during non-business hours. Card keys will be issued upon tenant occupancy. Any new card keys or replacement card keys will be issued upon written request of the tenant. A fee may be charged for all cards. All keys must be returned to building management whenever there is a change of status in the employee holding the card (i.e. termination, change of access authority). Tenants must provide automobile registration information to building management as requested from time to time. All tenants are responsible for complete and immediate evacuation of the building in the event of an alarm. All employees, visitors, contractors, vendors and guests of a tenant shall abide by all posted parking regulations. Illegally parked vehicles involving handicapped reserved spaces are subject to ticketing and towing by the City. All other vehicles parked in violation of posted regulations are subject to towing with all costs charged to the owner of the vehicle. When leaving any vehicle in the parking areas overnight, the owner must notify the building manager with the make, model, plate number and other pertinent information as requested. All employees, visitors, contractors, vendors and guests must cooperate with building management in the event of a snowstorm or other emergency. Snow emergency parking areas are designated for any non-business hours parking for the purpose of allowing snow removal equipment access to parking areas. Any vehicles parked in non-designated spaces are subject to towing without notice. Disposal of any furniture, crates, computer equipment and other abnormal office trash requires special handling with additional charges to the tenant. Any items not placed in appropriate trash receptacles or clearly labeled as trash will not be removed from the office premises. All tenants must cooperate with building management in implementing a recycling program.
Security/Safety. We cannot be held responsible for any losses that you may incur whilst residing in our building. In light of this, please keep your belongings and room locked at all times and ensure that the windows are closed when you are not present in your room. The key for your room must never be given or lent to any other person. Please ensure there is no key tag or identification that would make it easy to identify the room or building that it belongs to. It is vital you take good care to ensure that you never lose or leave your key in a place that it could be stolen or lost. We will not be held responsible for any theft or burglary involving your possessions. In the event of a lost or stolen key, the entire locking system will need replacing to ensure the safety and security of your fellow students. You will be liable for the cost/minimum R1000,00. Tampering with any security or fire fighting equipment is a serious offence and is strictly forbidden. Should you tamper with the equipment in any way, we reserve our right not only to have you arrested but also to lay criminal charges against you. You will be held liable for the full cost of repair. In addition, a spot fine of R3 000 will become due and payable immediately. The use of gas heaters, candles, oil lamps, incense or anything that produces a naked flame is a potential fire hazard and is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to search your bags (including your visitors) at any time and confiscate any firearms, weapons, drugs, or any illegal substances. The doors to our balconies are welded shut for your safety. It is strictly forbidden to access the balconies on 1ST & 10th Floor. Anyone found to be doing so will not only have their lease agreement immediately terminated but will be forced to leave the premises immediately. Should any doors be found open in these rooms, a spot fine of R2 500 will be due and payable immediately. Visitors are welcome provided they observe these house rules, the terms of the lease agreement and are considerate to the fellow students. No student may have more the TWO visitors at any given time. All visitors are required to report to security and are not allowed direct access to your room. Visitors will be required to leave either their student cards or identity documents with security prior to being allowed access to the building. You will be required to collect all visitors at the entrance of the building. No visitors are allowed to remain in the building without your presence....
Security/Safety. 1. When using Church facilities, for safety and security purposes, all doors should be locked once everyone has arrived for the event or meeting.
2. The responsible party must ensure that all doors and windows are locked and that lights and heat/air conditioning are turned off after using the facilities.

Opening and closing the building securely will avoid cost of damages to the user from vandalism. Use of candles or any flammable type material is prohibited in the buildings or on the grounds. The person responsible for renting the room should acquaint all attendees with the fire exits. Dial 911 in case of an emergency or fire, or use the phone in the Vestibule to connect to the County Dispatch Center.
Security/Safety. All groups using the Town Hall are responsible for the contents and security of the building. The renter will be provided a temporary key code to access the Town Hall via the east door, by the kitchen. It is the responsibility of the renter to properly lock and secure the building after their event to avoid cost to the renter of damages associated with vandalism. Use of candles, other open flames, or any flammable material is prohibited in the building or on the grounds. The person renting the hall should acquaint all attendees with the fire exits. Open fires and fire pits are not allowed at any time. Dial 911 in case of emergency or fire.
