Security/Safety. 18.1 Each Party shall ensure that its employees comply with, and cause its employees to execute any necessary document to comply with, the personnel, security and safety practices of the other Party while such employees are on such other Party’s premises.
Security/Safety. LICENSEE shall provide and bear the expense of adequate staffing to accommodate its members, patrons, attendees, and invitees and provide police officers and other adequate medical personnel during its use of Multipurpose Fields.
