Common use of Security/Safety Clause in Contracts

Security/Safety. 18.1 Each Party shall ensure that its employees comply with, and cause its employees to execute any necessary document to comply with, the personnel, security and safety practices of the other Party while such employees are on such other Party’s premises. 18.2 Each Party shall be solely responsible for, and indemnify and hold harmless the other Party from, any liability, loss and expense, including those based on claims from a third party, arising out of bodily injury and property damages caused by the acts of its own employees.
