Security Service Information. Subscriber acknowledges its willingness to support our public safety mission and that, as the provider to you of our Certificate of Compliance and our Security Service Certificates, we are entitled to receive information received, developed or collected by you regarding the field performance of the Security Service eligible to receive our Certificate of Compliance and/or covered by a Security Service Certificate. Accordingly, Subscriber will promptly notify us in writing: (i) when your Security Service fails to meet any of the following: (a) UL Requirements; (b) the published Standard(s), if any, applicable from time to time to the Security Service; and/or (c) the performance requirements applied as a condition of Subscriber receiving our Certificate of Compliance for its Security Service; and/or (ii) when you have found or have received a report that your Security Service could create a substantial hazard to users. Subscriber agrees to make available to us for inspection and copying all documents, test results, and other information related to i-ii above, keep a record of all complaints made known to you relating to your Security Service’s compliance with UL Requirements, and to make these records available to us when requested. Subscriber agrees to take appropriate action to respond to such complaints, and any noncompliance with UL Requirements and to keep a record of such actions. Subscriber agrees that we may share such information with our affiliates and subcontractors worldwide. Subscriber further agrees that it will cooperate with and assist us in connection with our investigation of any affected Security Service and Subscriber will undertake any such corrective action, where, in our sole opinion, such action is in the best interests of public safety.

  • Voice Information Service Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, (a) Voice Information Service means a service that provides [i] recorded voice announcement information or [ii] a vocal discussion program open to the public, and (b) Voice Information Service Traffic means intraLATA switched voice traffic, delivered to a Voice Information Service. Voice Information Service Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Service Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment.

  • Service Information Pages Verizon shall include all VarTec NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Verizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. VarTec’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when VarTec is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at VarTec’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, VarTec’s critical contact information for VarTec’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by VarTec. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. VarTec shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

  • Line Information Database 9.1 LIDB is a transaction-oriented database accessible through Common Channel Signaling (CCS) networks. For access to LIDB, e-Tel must purchase appropriate signaling links pursuant to Section 10 of this Attachment. LIDB contains records associated with End User Line Numbers and Special Billing Numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other Network Elements and provides appropriate responses. The query originator need not be the owner of LIDB data. LIDB queries include functions such as screening billed numbers that provides the ability to accept Collect or Third Number Billing calls and validation of Telephone Line Number based non-proprietary calling cards. The interface for the LIDB functionality is the interface between BellSouth’s CCS network and other CCS networks. LIDB also interfaces to administrative systems.

  • Alert Information As Alerts delivered via SMS, email and push notifications are not encrypted, we will never include your passcode or full account number. You acknowledge and agree that Alerts may not be encrypted and may include your name and some information about your accounts, and anyone with access to your Alerts will be able to view the contents of these messages.

  • - CLEC INFORMATION CLEC agrees to work with Qwest in good faith to promptly complete or update, as applicable, Qwest’s “New Customer Questionnaire” to the extent that CLEC has not already done so, and CLEC shall hold Qwest harmless for any damages to or claims from CLEC caused by CLEC’s failure to promptly complete or update the questionnaire.

  • Patient Information Each Party agrees to abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and orders of all applicable supranational, national, federal, state, provincial, and local governmental entities concerning the confidentiality or protection of patient identifiable information and/or patients’ protected health information, as defined by any other applicable legislation in the course of their performance under this Agreement.
