Security Trustee excluded from liability for acts of the Servicer. The parties hereto agree that the Security Trustee has used due care and skill in appointing the Servicer as the Security Trustee's agent and in accordance with clause 2.1 (Appointment of Servicer) hereof, each agree that the Security Trustee is not responsible for the actions of the Servicer and that accordingly no party hereto shall be entitled to make any claim or take any other action against the Security Trustee by virtue of the Servicer acting as the Security Trustee's agent.
