SECURITYHOLDERS LISTS AND REPORTS BY THE ISSUER AND THE TRUSTEE. SECTION 4.1 Issuer to Furnish Trustee Information as to Names and Addresses of Securityholders. The Issuer and any other obligor on the Securities covenant and agree that they will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the Holders of the Registered Securities of each series pursuant to Section 312 of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939: (a) semiannually and not more than 15 days after each record date for the payment of interest on such Registered Securities, as hereinabove specified, as of such record date and on dates to be determined pursuant to Section 2.3 for non-interest bearing Registered Securities in each year, and (b) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after receipt by the Issuer of any such request as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such information is furnished, provided that if and so long as the Trustee shall be the Security registrar for such series and all of the Securities of any series are Registered Securities, such list shall not be required to be furnished.
