SECURITYHOLDERS LISTS AND REPORTS BY THE ISSUER AND THE TRUSTEE. SECTION 4.1 Issuer to Furnish Trustee Information as to Names and Addresses of Securityholders. The Issuer and any other obligor on the Securities covenant and agree that they will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the Holders of the Securities of each series: (a) semiannually and not more than 15 days after each March 1 and September 1, and (b) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after receipt by the Issuer of any such request, provided that if and so long as the Trustee shall be the registrar for such series, such list shall not be required to be furnished.
