Common use of Securityholders’ Lists Clause in Contracts

Securityholders’ Lists. The Company covenants and agrees that it will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee: (a) semi-annually, within 15 days after each Record Date, but in any event not less frequently than semi-annually, a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the Holders of Securities to which such Record Date applies, as of such Record Date, and (b) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after receipt by the Company of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such list is furnished; provided, however, that so long as the Trustee shall be the Registrar, such lists shall not be required to be furnished.

The Company Corporation covenants and agrees that it will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Debenture Trustee: (a) on a semi-annually, within 15 days after annual basis on each Record Date, but in any event not less frequently than semi-annuallyregular record date for the Securities, a list list, in such form as the Debenture Trustee may reasonably require require, of the names and addresses of the Holders of Securities to which such Record Date applies, Securityholders as of such Record Date, record date; and (b) at such other times as the Debenture Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after the receipt by the Company Corporation, of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such list is furnished; provided, howeverexcept that, that no such lists need be furnished so long as the Debenture Trustee shall be is in possession thereof by reason of its acting as security registrar for the Registrar, such lists shall not be required to be furnishedSecurities.
