Segregated Ballast. 11. In connection with the Council of the European Union Regulation on the Implementation of IMO Resolution A747(18) Owners will ensure that the following entry is made on the International Tonnage Certificate (1969) under the section headed “Remarks”. “The segregated ballast tanks comply with the Regulation 13 of Annex 1 of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, 1973, as modified by the Protocol of 1978 relating thereto”.
