Segregated Parcel Clause Samples

Segregated Parcel. The Mortgaged Property shall be taxed separately without regard to any other real estate and the real property described on Exhibit “A” shall constitute a legally subdivided lot under all applicable statutes, regulations, ordinances or publications and for all purposes may be mortgaged, conveyed and otherwise dealt with as an independent parcel.
