Common use of Segregation of Aqueduct Reaches for All Transportation Charge Purposes Clause in Contracts

Segregation of Aqueduct Reaches for All Transportation Charge Purposes. For the purpose of allocations of costs among Contractors pursuant to subdivisions (a) and (b) of this article, and Articles 24, 25 and 26, the Project Transportation Facilities shall be segregated into such aqueduct reaches as are determined by the State to be necessary for such allocations of costs. Subject to such modifications as are determined by the State to be required by reason of any request furnished by the Agency to the State pursuant to Article 17(a) of this contract, or by reason of contracts entered into by the State with other Contractors, the aqueduct reaches of the Project Transportation Facilities, a portion of the costs of which may be allocated to the Agency, are established as provided in Table G; provided that those costs of the aqueduct reaches from the Delta through the outlet of San Luis Reservoir which are allocated to the purpose of water conservation in, above, and below the Delta for the purpose of determining the Delta Water Charge, as hereinbefore set forth, shall not be included in the Transportation Charge. Segregation of Aqueduct Reaches for All Transportation Charge Purposes. Segregation of Aqueduct Reaches for All Transportation Charge Purposes. For the purpose of allocations of costs among Contractors pursuant to subdivisions (a) and (b) of this article, and Articles 24, 25 and 26, the Project Transportation Facilities shall be segregated into such aqueduct reaches as are determined by the State to be necessary for such allocations of costs. Subject to such modifications as are determined by the State to be required by reason of any request furnished by the Agency to the State pursuant to Article 17(a) of this contract, or by reason of contracts entered into by the State with other Contractors, the aqueduct reaches of the Project Transportation Facilities, a portion of the costs of which may be allocated to the Agency, are established as provided in Table G; provided that those costs of the aqueduct reaches from the Delta through the outlet of San Luis Reservoir which are allocated to the purpose of water conservation in, above, and below the Delta for the purpose of determining the Delta Water Charge, as hereinbefore set forth, shall not be included in the Transportation Charge.
