Segregation of Certified and Uncertified Products. Producers who take advantage of certification programs for some, but not all, of their products must segregate the products and provide signs that clearly differentiate them to the consumer. Failure to do so may result in a $200 fine. Banners or tents that claim certification are not allowed unless all products beneath the banner or within the tent are certified.
