Segregation of Leases Released to State or Contracted from the Unit. Any lease, a portion of which is released to the State under Paragraphs 4.2 or 4.5, shall be segregated into a separate and distinct lease as to the portion remaining within the Point Thomson Unit, which does not include the portion that contracts out of the Point Thomson Unit and is released to the State, and the provisions of the original lease shall apply to the segregated portion that remains in the Point Thomson Unit.
