Segregation of Loan Documents. The Primary Servicer shall segregate the Primary Servicer Servicing Documents related to the Mortgage Loans from all other assets of the Primary Servicer and, upon request, forward to the Master Servicer copies of such documents or originals of such documents if in the possession of Primary Servicer and not part of the Mortgage File forwarded to the Trustee.
