Segregation, Registration and other Actions. (a) The Custodian shall procure that the Securities Collateral (whether for the time being represented by portions of global certificates or in definitive or other form) credited to it or deposited with it are held in safe custody for the account of the Issuer subject to the security created by the Deed of Charge are kept in an account recorded on its books separately from any securities otherwise held by it and any of its other property on trust for the Issuer.
