Seismic Agreements. Seismic and other reserve related data ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has access to, solely to the extent such data is relevant to the assets of the Company Group, shall be made available to the Company Group subject to and in accordance with the terms of a geophysical seismic data use license agreement in a form reasonably acceptable to Manager and its Affiliates to be entered into by Manager (or one or more of its Affiliates) and the appropriate member(s) of the Company Group (provided such access does not breach, conflict or violate any Third Party licensing agreement or other contract).
