Common use of Seismic Report Clause in Contracts

Seismic Report. Without limiting Section 2.2(b) above, Tenant expressly acknowledges for itself and Xxxxxx’s Agents that it has received and read seismic reports prepared by and/or for TIDA and its Master Developer or that Tenant has had an adequate opportunity to review the relevant seismic reports with expert consultants of its own choosing.
