Common use of Selected Dealer Agreements Clause in Contracts

Selected Dealer Agreements. (a) The Distributor, as distributor to the Fund, shall have the right to enter into selected dealer agreements with securities dealers of its choice (“selected dealers”) and selected agent agreements with other financial intermediaries of its choice for the sale of the Shares; provided that the Distributor shall periodically inform the Board of the nature and substance of such agreements.
