Common use of Selected Dealer Agreements Clause in Contracts

Selected Dealer Agreements. The Distributor may enter into selected dealer agreements with registered and qualified dealers and other financial institutions of its choice for the sale of Shares (the "Selected Dealers"), provided that the Corporation shall approve the form of such agreements and provided further that, in entering into any such agreement, the Distributor shall act only on its own behalf as principal and not as agent for the Corporation. Shares sold to Selected Dealers by the Distributor shall be for resale by such dealers only at the prices as set forth herein.
