Selection and Continuation of Rate Tranche Periods. (a) With consultation from (and approval by) Agent and the applicable Purchaser, Seller shall from time to time, for purposes of computing the Purchaser Yield with respect to such Purchaser, request Rate Tranche Periods to account for the portion of the Asset Portfolio funded or maintained by such Purchaser, provided that, if at any time any of the Purchasers shall have any Capital outstanding, Seller shall always request Rate Tranche Periods such that at least one Rate Tranche Period shall end on the 19th day of each calendar month.
