Common use of Selection and Ownership of Product Trademarks Clause in Contracts

Selection and Ownership of Product Trademarks. Licensee shall have the right to select and own the Product Trademarks to be used with respect to the Exploitation of the Licensed Products in the Field in the Territory, at its costs and expense.

Selection and Ownership of Product Trademarks. Subject to Section 2.4 (No Implied Rights), Licensee shall have the right to select and own the any and all Trademarks with respect to a Licensed Product Trademarks (each, a “Product Trademark”) to be used with respect to the Exploitation of the Licensed Products in the Field in the Territory, at its costs and expense.
