Selection by Agent of Different Transferee. If, for any reason, the FCC or PUC does not approve within a reasonable period of time (which period shall be determined conclusively by the Agent), the initial application for approval of the transfer of the Collateral, the Agent shall then have the right to transfer the Collateral to such other Person as the Agent shall select (subject to the prior approval of the FCC or PUC). With respect to such subsequent selection, Pledgor agrees to cooperate fully in the manner set forth above. Exercise by the Agent of the right to such cooperation shall not be exhausted by the initial or any subsequent exercise thereof.
