Selection Disputes. (a) I acknowledge and agree that any dispute as to Team selection will be dealt with in accordance with CA’s Constitution and Selection Policy. I will not make any comment or statement to the media regarding any such dispute that occurs during the Term. I also acknowledge that sanctions may be imposed on me should I make any such comment or statement. (b) Any dispute regarding selection, or any reasons for decision in respect of a selection dispute, will be confidential. The reasons of any such decision as set out by a selection appeals panel, can only be made public by agreement of the parties to the dispute. (a) I will: (i) observe and comply with this agreement, including the requirements of the CA policies and the Governing Rules (as required by this agreement); (ii) be subject to the reasonable control, management and discretion of, and observe and comply with all reasonable directions of, CA and authorised Team officials; (iii) to the absolute satisfaction of CA, act in a proper manner so as not to bring me, the Team, CA or any of CA’s sponsors into disrepute or censure. Nor will I engage in any conduct or activity that will, or is likely to, bring me, the Team, CA or any of CA’s sponsors into disrepute or censure were the conduct or activity to be publicly known; (iv) not accept, give or be involved in any way in, any inducement or bribe in relation to my performance or the performance of any other athlete in any sporting event or competition whilst a member of the Team; (v) not be convicted of, or charged with, any indictable criminal offence (even where such charge may be heard summarily). I acknowledge that the Board of CA may determine that such an offence will not result in a breach of this agreement where I am able to satisfy the Board (in its sole discretion) that exceptional circumstances apply; (vi) not make, comment, issue, authorise, offer or endorse any public criticism or statement having, or likely to have, a prejudicial effect on the interests of CA, the Team or any member of UCI, CA or the Team; (vii) not participate in any kind of demonstration or propaganda whether political, religious or racial provided that the prohibition on such participation shall not extend to the observance of personal religious days of worship; (viii) respect the spirit of fair play and non-violence and behave accordingly; (ix) not use substances and procedures prohibited by the anti-doping policies of UCI, the Australian Olympic Committee (AOC), Commonweal...

I will not make any comment or statement to the media regarding any such dispute that occurs during the period of this agreement. I also acknowledge that sanctions may be imposed on me for any such comment or statement. (b) Both MTBA and I agree that, any dispute regarding selection, or any reasons for decision in respect of a selection dispute, will be confidential. It is agreed that the reasons of any such decision as set out by a selection appeals panel, can only be made public by the agreement of the parties to the dispute.
