Selection in Team Sample Clauses

Selection in Team. I acknowledge and agree that: (a) entry into this agreement in no way guarantees that I will be selected in the Team; (b) Team selection does not automatically mean that I will compete as a National Team representative; (c) CA may impose further selection conditions on me; and (d) failure to comply with this agreement may result in me not competing as a National Team representative at CA’s discretion.

Selection in Team. I acknowledge and agree that: (a) entering into this agreement in no way guarantees that I will be selected in the Team; (b) Team selection does not automatically mean that I will compete as a National Team representative; (c) CA may impose further selection conditions on me; (d) failure to comply with this agreement may result in me not competing as a National Team representative at CA’s discretion; (e) during the Term and for a period not less than two years after the expiry or termination of this agreement, I will be available to represent Australia in Cycling in international competition if selected to do so by CA. This obligation ceases if I formally retire from international competition in accordance with the procedures for retirement established by the UCI and CA; and (f) I will not represent any other country during the Term and for at least two years after the expiry or termination of this agreement.
