Selection of Consulting Services. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, and except as set forth in the paragraph below, the Borrower shall apply quality- and cost-based selection for selecting and engaging Consulting Services.

The Borrower may only modify these methods or threshold values with the prior agreement of ADB, and modifications must be set out in updates to the Procurement Plan.

6. Subject to the prior approval by ADB of relevant terms of reference, the Borrower may recruit individual consultants to undertake certain Project activities as agreed by ADB in accordance with relevant procedures acceptable to ADB.

Except as ADB may otherwise agree, and except as set forth in the paragraph below, the Borrower shall (i) apply quality- and cost-based selection for selecting and engaging consulting services for capacity development; (ii) apply consultant's qualifications selection for external resettlement monitoring; (iii) recruit the individual consultants in the area of procurement and project management and resettlement in accordance with procedures acceptable to ADB for recruiting individual consultants.
Selection of Consulting Services. The Recipient shall apply the Consultants’ Qualifications Selection method for selecting and engaging the architect and accounting services, in accordance with, among other things, the procedures set forth in the Procurement Plan.
