Project Activities definition

Project Activities means the activities to be undertaken or Works to be delivered or Property to be contributed or provided by you, your approved Sub-Grantees or your approved sub- contractors as summarised in the Particulars and more particularly described in the Agreed Proposal for which Xxxxx is payable under this Agreement;

Project Activities means activities related to the design, the construction, operation and maintenance of the Facility, including the sale of Energy Output to the Buyer and for purposes of the Job Creation Element, shall include the Employment of people to manage, within the Project, activities required to comply with the obligations related to Economic Development;

Project Activities means all the activities to be carried out and implemented in the Project and described in the Application and this Funding Agreement and anything incidental thereto.

Examples of Project Activities in a sentence

• The ARTC Contractor warrants that it will comply with its obligations under the Construction Contract to the extent that they relate to the Project Activities and the Works.

• Approval means any consent, approval, authorisation, licence, registration, order, permission or concurrence required by any Law, including those under this Agreement, required for the commencement, execution or completion of the Project Activities and includes the Planning Approval.

• In the case of an emergency, traffic incident or other matter affecting the health or safety of workers or the public which arises out of or is in connection with the Project Activities, ARTC must, and Asset Owner may, undertake all actions necessary to manage the emergency, traffic incident or other matter affecting the health or safety of workers or the public notwithstanding the fact that the scope, manner and timing of those actions have not been notified to the other party.

More Definitions of Project Activities

Project Activities means the activities conducted by the Project Participants in connection with the Project.

Project Activities means the activities specified in Item 3 of Schedule 1 that are designed to meet the Project’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);

Project Activities means, as of any date, with respect to any Acquired Company, all activities performed or undertaken as of such date by such Acquired Company (and its subsidiaries) in connection with or related to the development (including design and engineering), financing, construction (including supply and installation), commissioning (including testing), ownership, operation, maintenance, and use of Projects and Facilities of such Acquired Company (or its subsidiaries).

Project Activities means (a) the design, development, engineering, acquisition, installation, construction, landing, completion, disposition, financing, modification, start-up, testing, operation, ownership, possession, maintenance and use of the Project (and any portion thereof), (b) the sale, lease or other disposition of Capacity and (c) all activities related or incidental to any of the foregoing.

Project Activities means the activities set out in the Proposal in respect of the Project to be delivered by the Project Deliverer and Funded by the Lead Authority in part or in full utilising the Grant and Project Activity shall be construed accordingly;

Project Activities means non-training related activities as specified in the Project Activities Schedule in Attachment 3;

Project Activities means any activity conducted on the Project Area or an Ancillary Works Area in respect of the Project (and includes Ancillary Works).
