Project Activities definition

Project Activities means the activities to be undertaken or Works to be delivered or Property to be contributed or provided by you, your approved Sub-Grantees or your approved sub- contractors as summarised in the Particulars and more particularly described in the Agreed Proposal for which Xxxxx is payable under this Agreement;

Project Activities means activities related to the design, the construction, operation and maintenance of the Facility, including the sale of Energy Output to the Buyer and for purposes of the Job Creation Element, shall include the Employment of people to manage, within the Project, activities required to comply with the obligations related to Economic Development;

Project Activities means the activities conducted by the project participants in connection with the Project.

Examples of Project Activities in a sentence

• Grantor has used and continues to use the Property for the purposes related to the generation of electricity from hydropower facilities and related to the delivery, storage, and consumptive and nonconsumptive use of water as described more fully on attached Exhibit B (the "Hydro Project Activities").

• In furtherance of the Hydro Project Activities, Grantor has improved portions of the Property with water- and power-related facilities, access roads, recreational facilities, buildings and other structures.

• For example, the following actions would not frustrate the ownership restrictions in subsection (a) above: (i) merger and reduction of the number of separate legal parcels comprising the Property; or (ii) reconfiguring by lot line adjustment the existing internal boundaries of legal parcels within the outer boundaries of the Property; or (iii) clarifying boundary lines with adjacent landowners; or(iv) subdivisions to facilitate Hydro Project Activities.

• At a minimum, the strategy should address the following program elements: Project Activities - Describe what the project proposes to do (e.g., education / training, case management, crisis intervention, group therapy, criminal investigation, etc.).

• All Project Activities subject to this Agreement are to be executed by the Recipient, using only funding provided by the Center and/or sources approved by the Center.

More Definitions of Project Activities

Project Activities means all the activities to be carried out and implemented in the Project and described in the Application and this Funding Agreement and anything incidental thereto.

Project Activities means the activities specified in Item 3 of Schedule 1 that are designed to meet the Project’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);

Project Activities means the act of preventing the emission of GHGs to the atmosphere (thereby achieving a permanent reduction of GHG emissions compared to the project Baseline) by avoiding crop cultivation of eligible grassland (as defined in the Grassland Project Protocol) either by (i) recording a Qualified Conservation Easement that ensures the Property will be maintained as grassland for the protection of Carbon Stocks, or (ii) transferring all of Grassland Owner’s interest in the Property to the Federal Government so as to ensure that the Property will be maintained as grassland for the protection of Carbon Stocks.

Project Activities means (a) the design, development, engineering, acquisition, installation, construction, landing, completion, disposition, financing, modification, start-up, testing, operation, ownership, possession, maintenance and use of the Project (and any portion thereof), (b) the sale, lease or other disposition of Capacity and (c) all activities related or incidental to any of the foregoing.

Project Activities means, as of any date, with respect to any Acquired Company, all activities performed or undertaken as of such date by such Acquired Company (and its subsidiaries) in connection with or related to the development (including design and engineering), financing, construction (including supply and installation), commissioning (including testing), ownership, operation, maintenance, and use of Projects and Facilities of such Acquired Company (or its subsidiaries).

Project Activities means all activities to be carried out in implementing the Project and includes any Works to be carried out in relation to any Fixed Assets.

Project Activities means the activities set out in the Proposal in respect of the Project to be delivered by the Project Deliverer and Funded by the Lead Authority in part or in full utilising the Grant and Project Activity shall be construed accordingly;
